Quality HSE Solutions are in the business of assisting organisations to achieve their goals. Opitmisation of systems and processes that deliver results is one of the services we provide.
A defined scope and objectives assists a business to focus on a shared One-Organisation Standard that reduces redundancies across the business, supports competent workforces, and delivers strong performance cultures.
One of the services we provide to our clients is the development and support of bespoke management systems which manage interrelated parts of a business, including product or service quality, operational efficiency, environmental performance, information security, health & safety in the workplace and many more.
Developing a framework of policies, processes and procedures which outline how an organisation conducts its business and addresses its regulatory and stakeholder requirements, serves to form its foundation. This foundation provides clear definition of what is expected from each individual employee and how they contribute to the organisation’s overall objectives.

An organisation may chose to utilise stand-alone management systems across its business, or may chose to integrate them. Advantages of having an integrated management system include:
•Optimises practices
•Documents responsibilities and relationships
•Balances conflicting objectives
•Formalises informal systems
•Reduces duplication of effort and therefore costs
•Turns focus into overall business goals
•Creates consistency
•Improves internal and external communication
•Facilities training and awareness
Businesses may chose to have its management systems accredited by an authorised third-party organsation. Quality HSE Solutions can help make this process as painless as possible.
Benefits of having an accredited management system are many, such as meeting customer requirements, generating more revenue and business from new customers, improving the quality of your services, increasing customer satisfaction, improving efficiencies, and more.
Quality HSE Solutions will assess your current management systems and offer improvement strategies, in compliance with ISO and other Standards that are right for your business. This is done through consultation with your business’ management and employees to ensure we provide a true fit for your organisation.

Below is an overview of Standards that are commonly implemented within an organisation’s business systems to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies throughout the business.

NOTE:
AS/NZS 4801 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems

The Model Act, Australia’s harmonised Health and Safety Legislative, aligns directly with this Standard. Most States adopted the Model Act, with the exception of Western Australia and Victoria.
Western Australian has recently agreed to table discussions regarding the adoption of the Model Act. This means that Western Australia will be adopting, in at least a large part, the haromonised Legislation. It will replace the current Western Australian Safety and Health Legislation.
This comes with some uncertainty due to the direct alignment of the Model Act and AS/NZS 4801 and will most likely eventuate is either a revision to the Model act to align with ISO 45001 or a revision in ISO 45001 to align with the specific principles of AS/NZS 4801 that are called up in the harmonised Legislation.
